Refund policy

We are an ALL sales final business.

If your item arrives damaged, please send photos within 3 days of the date of delivery. If item is deemed defective we will issue a return label & a store credit will be issued. Under no circumstances do we issue refunds. If you are out of the country you are responsible for shipping and custom clearance/duty fees. If duty fees go unpaid the item will be returned to us and you are responsible for reshipping fees. We will not issue refunds due to unpaid custom fees. Any item that arrives damaged due to negligence of the postal service the buyer needs to reach out to said postal service to file a claim. Once package leaves our facility it is no longer in our hands and it is the responsibility of the carrier to handle all tracking questions or complaints.
